The shorter the agreement, the less time the tenant has to vacate the property. Other motivating factors include reconstruction, repairs or renovations planned or if the property is up for sale.

Once the tenant has moved from the property, we provide a rental condition report to our clients where we bring any damage to the property or excessive wear and tear to the owner’s attention so that they can establish how much to deduct from the bond.
